2004 Chardonnay - Vitner Select   An oak barrel-fermented Chardonnay with intense body and bold Chardonnay fruit. Great with roasted pork or parmesan-crusted salmon. $18

2004 Chardonnay - Stainless Steel   A crisp, stainless steel-fermented, lightly-oaked Chardonnay with hints of citrus and vanilla. $16.

2006 Vinifera White (Gold and Silver Medal Winner)   This fine wine is our unique blend of barrel-fermented Chardonnay and Spatlese-style Riesling. The name Vinifera White comes from the grape varietals used in its making, both are of the species Vitis vinifera, the grand group of grapes originating in Europe. This blend is off-dry with a rich body and fruit and oak finish.

2006 Classic White (Gold Medal Winner)   A floral, light, and fruity wine with a citrus finish. This wine is a blend of our Gruner Veltiner, Scheurebe, Semillion, and French Colombard varietals. $15

2006 Riesling   This is a typical German Mosel Riesling with Golden color and apple and pear tones. $13

2006 Christmas Blush   A rosé wine from the Zinfandel grape. This wine is off-dry with hints of strawberry and apple. $13

RED WINES

2002 Cabernet Franc   This beautiful wine combines rich, floral-scented currant flavors with a finish of soft tannins. $18

2002 Cabernet Sauvignon   A delicate blend of Cabernet Sauvignon (80%) and Cabernet Franc (20%) with flavors of cassis, old oak, and a hint of pepper from our specific terroir. $16

2003 Merlot   Our latest release that was tasted last year at our Annual Barrel Tasting. $18

2002 Red Table Wine   An off-dry blend of Zinfandel, Cabernet Franc, and Sangiovese. An excellent wine with pasta and grilled meats, sausages, or chicken. $12
